- It's a phone line problem. I had the same problem, but with my
- ever-reliable and faithful AT&T Paradyne Comsphere 3820+ modem(I've never
- had a problem with it!). Suddenly, the phone service went downhill and I
- experience the exact same problems.

- Have you considered getting a Total Control Hub? You could put 2 T1 cards
- in there and 48 modems on 12 Quad-Modem cards(a T1 can be 24 DS0s), plus
- you don't have to deal with that cable hell because you can then loaded it
- right onto the ethernet.
